Dianah Shaw 

After graduating from Oxford University, Dianah began her career in advertising and new product development working at Ogilvy & Mather, CLK and DDB before setting up her own full service qualitative research agency in 1993. She has a wide experience of most FMCG markets plus financial and entertainment brands. She particularly enjoys projects that involve brand strategy, advertising and design and brings enthusiastic energy to every aspect of an assignment.

Rosie Shaw 

Rosie has 10 years of experience working in qualitative research and consumer strategy. During this time her work has ranged from leading large strategic projects for brands such as Google and PepsiCo to more tactical projects that focus heavily on consumer impact for organisations such as Ofgem, The Gambiling Commission, Transport Focus and Network Rail. She is also a visiting lecturer in Qualitative Research Methods at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
